i-Mark는 온칼, 반칼, 점선컷팅(대쉬라인) 기능을 종이, 비닐, 코팅지 등의 다양한 미디어에 사용할 수 있는 디지털 자동 스티커 커팅기입니다.

i-Mark는 소량 라벨제작, 디지털 프린팅, 패키징 등의 다양한 방면에서 사용될 수 있으며 다양한 두께와 사이즈(A4 ~ Super A3)의 미디어를 다룰 수 있습니다. 특히 자동으로 커팅이 진행되므로 생산성이 뛰어나 인건비를 절감할 수 있습니다. i-Mark의 주요 기능 중 하나는, 최대 120장까지의 원단을 적재하여 작업할 수 있으며 작업 도중에 미디어를 추가하면 끊김 없는 작업을 진행할 수 있습니다.

i-Mark는 크게 피더, 커팅기, 트레이 등 세가지 파트로 구분할 수 있습니다. 커터의 본체사이즈는 작아서 60 x 67cm 사이즈의 테이블 위에도 얹혀질 수 있습니다. 작동 시에는 별도의 개입이 필요 없이 자동으로 작업이 진행됩니다.

사용하는 미디어의 종류와 가이드선의 복잡도에 따라 커팅 속도는 1장당 평균 30~40초에 처리됩니다. 또한 접착시트의 경우 반칼(kiss-cut) 옵션이 있는데, 350그램까지 커팅이 가능합니다.

The i-Mark machine enables digital die cutting or kiss cutting onto many medias including paper, vinyl, laminated prints and many more. The i-Mark cutter can be used for a range of print and cut applications, including short-run label production, digital prints and packaging and will handle sheets of materil of varying thiknesses and in sizes ranging from A4 up to Super A3 (330X483). It is especially suited to short-run label production, as the die cutting is carried out automatically without the need for users to purchase expensive dies.

One of the unique features of the die cutter is that, depending on the thikness of the material being processed, it can handle up to 120 sheets of material in a continuous cycle but with the ability to add further sheets as required without interrupting the cutting process.
